  HORRIBLE!
  
  We had a construction to perm loan with this builder. We signed the agreement with the builder, and closed the first time in Dec 2015, we did not close on our house till May 2017!!! We where verbally told from start to finish it would take around 8 months!
  
  He never answered the phone, never would return messages. Only would provide us with the office phone number. For weeks/months at a time we would not hear from Keith.
  
  At the very end of the building process he slammed us with made up bills, extra land clearing ext.
  
  A experience that should be wonderful was horrific. He wouldn't let us on the job site after a certain point to see progress on the home. I could go on and on. Home is beautiful but flawed even after the entirely long, frustrating and costly building experience.
