  Service advisor came to talk to me about my services and had the wrong car. Said he’d be back in 5 minutes; 5 minutes later I was being rung out. Also I had requested a tire rotation which wasn’t done. They did update my computer to show that it had been done. Pretty sure they changed the oil though.
