  The only place in spring hill florida I would recommend for yoga. I'm a beginner at yoga but with the help of skilled teachers at house of light yoga I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Between the atmosphere and safe rejuvenating yoga practice I am hoocked.

  If it was possible to give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Amazing experience! Awesome vibes! Great people! A wide variety of different yoga classes to choose from. The teachers are amazing as well as the owner (Kathy). She is total blast! Very kind, warm and a caring invdivdual who provides an excellent service in the yoga field. I have to say this place is top notch and it is constantly evolving. They just added aerial yoga which is a class I definelty recommend. So much fun!! I will definitely be coming back here.
