  If I could give it a zero stars I would. Whoever the two women are who answer the phones at this location are extremely rude. We are new to the area and my husband is a disabled veteran who wanted to schedule his appt to see his new pcm. The women were short with him, snappy and told him how they had just told him the information earlier when he called. Not even aware of his mental disability. He called back and cancelled his appt. No one wants to go into an office with rude staff who can't even take care of their patients over the phone properly. Very sad since the Doctor himself seemed to have great reviews. So he could be a great Dr but his front desk staff sucks. Tricare will be notified.
