  Tried to get my 3 children transferred to here and after calling them about the release of records several times after not hearing from them for 3 weeks was told we had appts the following week. When arrived they claimed to have none of their paperwork even though I physically requested their transfers and called their previous pediatrician several times to get and confirm the transfer of records. When they claimed they had no paperwork... told them everything I went though. Then they “found” on of my children’s records and claimed no appt was made for them. Left since they can not process paperwork. Will not be going back!!!!
